While there is no set book value for handcuffs, I would estimate that your mint condition cuffs would fetch in the ballpark of $70 on e-bay or through private sale. More highly sought is the model #938 stainless steel version of these vintage cuffs.

It would depend on whether they are in their original box or in an original box as well.

These for example are mismatched. Old box, newer cuffs and replacement key.

While just about everyone agrees that the model 90 was better than the M-100 they really aren't that valuable. With over a million pairs mostly still in circulation and an original price under $20 you can find these at pawn shops pretty regularly for around $25 still as new old stock.

I do not think they are worth much more than $25.
The box might be worth another $5 or $10 in addition to the cuffs.
This is a very common cuff.

About 10 years ago I had a large surplus of used model 90 cuffs in very good or better condition. I auctioned most of them on e-bay, and they went for approximately $30 - $38 with one key, sans the box. The early variant of the model 90 always brought a few dollars more, everything else being equal.

While these cuffs were made in very large numbers here in the U.S., I received many inquiries from overseas bidders that had a difficult time buying this model in their country. These days I hear that you need an export permit to ship handcuffs to many European countries, so you may want to check with customs beforehand.
