German marked cuff

Does anyone know what this marking is for on this cuff and where to get them ? I saw it at the Antwerp show, but I don't remember who had it or what they told me about it.

I was the one who have this with me in antwerp

the brand name of this cuff is KOCH

I'm not sure if they make them in germany

because I've another pair of handcuff also marked with koch

but this cuff is A ralkem

for what I know koch is A high tech manufacture of technical parts

assembly parts and small steel works

but I can't find out if they make handcuffs

if you use google you can find some things about them

I agree that the cuffs are just branded with the Koch name, and not made by them.
