Lips handcuffs

I have a pair of Lips lightweight metal handcuffs with one key and a black zipper pouch that they came in along with the directions. They are hinged, a silver color and have double locking capability. They have the Lips logo and border with the letters "INT" and the #'s "2573" on them. I am curious what the value is. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to keep them or maybe sell them at a later date. Any help would be great.

Here in the netherlands they give about 90 to 100 euro for the item lips hinged handcuffs
but I want to say keep it and hold it
beacause you have one of the early versions and otherwise sell it to lars holst from sweden he want to have some like these
