#414.95 each set of cuffs, includes one key, plus like $7.60 for shipping, I fail to see the bargain. When I can buy brand new in box with 2 keys for 21.99 plus shipping and know the warranty applies as whereas, the guy in Arlington, TX, is as is and no real guarantees or warranty. Why did the people get rid of them, is there some defect?

Lots of terms, most of which are not enforceable, since buyer pays with PayPal.

#8The terms could be enforceable if you use your balance from your Paypal account and not a credit card. There is not as much protection when you use your own money.
I'm sure we'll all know if it is a good deal or not in a few days.

#9If you use your credit card, you generally have a second bite at the apple, over just using PayPal.
PayPal offers pretty good buyer protection against SNAD (Significantly Not As Described) regardless of how you fund it through PayPal. Almost always the buyer wins, because PayPal doesn't have the ability to investigate. Sellers hate that.
If the PayPal was funded with a credit card, you also have whatever protection your credit card issuer provides. But you should let the PayPal claim run first. If you file a chargeback, PayPal will immediately close your claim to prevent you from double collecting.

#10Paypal will make the buyer send the item back for a refund from the seller. Uusually case is closed.
As long as either the buyer or the seller keeps their accounts empty, Paypal can't get their money back from either. Paypal bites the bullet on that one.
Paypal use to suck before Ebay took over. Now, sometimes they seem like Santa Claus. I know of few deals that went sour and Paypal immediately refunded the money. Then on top of that, the seller returnrd the money. One deal was for $2,500. So the buyer made out nicely.
