#1I bought what remains of the ancient handcuff on the flea market here in Germany a few weeks ago - that still does happen sometimes. Paid 4 bucks for it, and it made my day. Guess is not worth much more anyway in that condition.
It seems like it takes a plug; it is rather small in dimensions.
Any ideas as to its origin? My guess is British, possibly Hiatt - / Plug. But how would it end up somewhere in the ground in Germany? (Hiatt cuff shown for size & comparison)
