Chubb Escort Cuffs

Greetings I am after some help identifying a pair of Chubb Escort Cuffs. My particular Cuffs are smaller than the standard Chubb Escort Cuffs and do not have the chrome surround around the keyhole. any help would be greatly appreciated.
