Hi. Your cuffs are worth about $30. These novelties are imported by the hundreds and there is at least 1 or 2 on ebay all the time. They are manufactured in India or Pakistan. I believe that this is the first year that they are being produced as I have not seen them for sale in previous years. I have seen people bid up to $450 for these as I am pretty sure that they thought there were actual slave irons. As we all know, real irons never had any labels or other writing on them.
The above message was my former reply from a fellow named Colin Hillis who had virtually the same question as you have. I believe that he thought that these cuffs were actual slave items and he was smart to come to this web-site first as he was about to spend some good money on this novelty cuff.
