My grandfather was a deputy sheriff in Maine for 50 years; I inherited these two pair of cuffs, and was hoping someone would help with what they are worth so I get a fair price for them.
The first are marked FROGGATT, with HARD on the sides, and numbered 13. They are in working condition. The key is numbered 71.
The second pair are Mattatucks, and the key is missing. It appears they are froze up.
