Bean Collar and cuffs value?

I'm not sure I've ever seen these traded, so I'm not really sure, but what would be an appropriate value to insure a Bean Collar and cuffs set for in excellent condition? Similarly , what would be an appropriate value to insure a set with one damaged cuff (sawed Bow partially through and what appears to be a jammed or broken locking mechanism ) handcuff/collar set for?

I'd also be interested in knowing what Bean packaged these items in, I came across a box that appears to be for a different product, did Bean reuse packaging from something else for some reason?
