You can open a cummings handcuff with a small smith and wesson m104 high security key!

Or you can modify an older peerless key by filing down the tip.
Then file the flag of key till it fits.
You will have to file the stem of the key all the way around so it fits loosely.
I GUARANTEE IT WILL WORK TOO!
I have a taylor peerless key that was modified this way.


It actually works better then my original Cummings key.
It isnt loose and sloppy like the original key.
I would never sell the original key because it makes the handcuffs more desireable.
I sure as hell dont use the original key any time i open mine up.

Its very flimsy, can bend easily and fits way to loose.

It's cowardly to hide behind anonymity when it's being used to attack someone. Presuming this is all the same anon, the guy was actually engaging in a reasoned technical discussion. Some of them are nothing but a'oles. I've been known to go off on them, too.

My biggest beef with anons, is that you can't tell them apart.

Atlanta*Casting, or Edgeplay_Cgo, are handles that don't reveal much about the user. It could be argued that we're cowards hiding behind ghandles, but at least we're consistent.

Let's stop taking shots and get back to the subject of the Pratt key in question. I am the buyer of the Pratt pictured above. It hasn't arrived yet but when it does (I expect tomorrow or Saturday) I'll post to let you all know if it was cut from a Peerless key or not.

Well, the Pratts arrived today and as promised, here's the poop on the key . It was cut from a key that is similar to my early Peerless solid bit keys, but not quite the same. There was a lot of grinding to the key, so I'm not sure what it was from originally.

I just got these Tower bottom key handcuffs recently to go with my BK leg irons.

The key for my leg irons will fit into the handcuffs but the bit is too long to work in the locks.

I made up these keys from some that I have had for some time.
