While doing some research on the net I accidentally came across your forum. I am an Officer Safety Instructor and have been for a number of years. I work within a Large Law Enforcement agency in the UK. I have taught numerous classes on Compliant/Non-Compliant Handcuffing, with chain, hinged and bar cuffs (Speedcuffs/Quik-Kuf) and other restraint devices. If I can be of any help with any questions from a performance or teaching point of view I would be more than happy to help.
