Original Maltby Handcuff and Nipper Pamphlet

I have an original Maltby handcuff and nipper pamphlet that was supplied with these restraints.

The Pamphlet is in the form of an arrest warrant. The Pamphlet has illustrations of an early 1900's police office with Bobby style helmet arresting a criminal at gun point, and applying the Maltby handcuffs with one hand. The reverse of the Pamphlet depicts the same officer subduing the criminal with the Maltby Nipper and leading him off to jail. Also depicted are the instructions for operation.

This Pamphlet dates to 1905, which is based upon a second order form that I received with the Pamphlet dated 1905.

The Pamphlet provides pricing for various Maltby restraints in many different configurations: Prison Hand Cuffs - heavy, Detective Hand Cuffs - light, The Maltby Nipper gun lock, Mattatuck leg irons, leather cases, single hand cuff with 5 foot chain, Hand Cuff Bar, and Hand Cuff for 3 hands.

Once again, I would be willing to trade these Pamphlets for knuckles.

I wonder if you would consider scanning the pamphlet and posting the scans? There is currently no literature available giving instruction on nipper or chain nipper use, and the knowledge of how to use nippers in actual police work (tactical techniques) is basically lost. Chain nippers were used worldwide for 100 years, so they must have been highly effective. I further wonder if, anyone on this site is knowledgeable in nipper use, if you would consider making and putting up a training video which could be used for training purposes? At the start of my career many years ago I met an old retired police officer who said that he had never carried handcuffs, only the chain nipper; but I never thought of asking him to teach me how to use them.
