Monica , Are you a performer ?

My experience has been if you are able to Prove w/ all the right documentation (TV/Show Contract , Proper VISA's, Entry Tags etc. ) Exactly what your purpose is in being there ( Work/ Tourism. ). ... you Will be able to bring cuffs/ restraints into the China and or Japan.

We have shipped a entire show there by Rockit Cargo w/ no Problem.

Above all else ...DO NOT bring cuffs on board a Flight !..... Forward Ship ahead by a week to your Hotel/Theatre there.

I am not a performer in any professional sense. I collect, trade, and, less often than not, escape from cuffs and shackles. My purpose for having my collection in China is that I plan to live there for a few years and would prefer to take them with me so I can continue to collect/trade/escape.
