Their value is what somebody will pay on the day - but so far we have a price range of US$36 - 65 via ebay and in my opinion $36 for a blued pair would be top-bat.

I had a pair of these years ago - the blueing was of poor quality and they were constantly showing signs of rusting, the locking mechanism was stiff, as was the swing-through action in spite of cleaning and liberal oilings. Was it just my pair? ..... don't think so, I've heard similar remarks about 'em on numerous occasions.

Don't now have a pair in my collection - no regrets!
