Hello, I bought these handcuffs off ebay I've been looking in the gallery and trying to work out who made them, I think they might have been painted black as chipping from the paint would indicate, the key and one of the cuffs has the number 91 on it suggesting that the key and cuff go together. I'm a little confused as the design of these cuffs are a little rough there are no rounded sides and the cuffs appear quite sharp and feel rough. The only other markings I have to go on are that on the base of the spring barrel lock which are not like those on Hyatt's cuffs instead of crows feet these cuffs have small indentations all around the bottom of the barrel - a circle made of circles if you like. I would be interested to know more if anyone knows anything like a year or company or maybe if they are even just reproductions. Many Thanks Toby
