is there some one who know what it is

Hello,

What really is unknown is whether my computer still will be running -- make that hobbling -- five minutes from now.

The upper nipper most likely is Dutch. Michael Busch has one on his Web page http://vincula.de/4786.html --



The other, more traditionally-shaped chain nipper is Harrington & Richardson's Model 126 twister.
