It is a nice looking item, but the crucial questions are: "Is it in working condition> Do you have the key?"

Yes, I posted this on e-bay this last weekend. I do not have a key for it but there is movement in the bows. I would reckon that with a key the shackle would work albeit you may have to do little work to get it fully functional.
