Selling handcuff collection?

I am a new member. I just found out about this forum from a post on the S&W forum. I have a modest handcuff collection that I am contemplating selling. I don't want to mess around with ebay, or any auction sites. Is listing items from my collection here on the forum, allowed?
I have many S&W cuffs, mostly new in the box. I also have some non S&W cuffs from different manufacturers. All of the cuffs in my collection, are 20 century made, and in new condition, with keys. No antiques.
I won't list anything, until I get some feedback from forum members.

Of course you can sell here. This site is for the collectors benefit and to encourage growth in the hobby.
If you post some pictures, your asking price and their information, I am sure you will attact interest from us all over the world.
Please let me know if you need help posting pictures using photobucket.

Thanks for your response. I am fairly familiar with using Photobucket, from the gun forums. Is it necessary to post an asking price? Is there a good place to find out what my cuffs are worth? I quit collecting them about 15 years ago, so I'm not really up, on what they are now worth. Is it allowable to post pictures, and see what people think they would pay for them? Any suggestions, or comments will be greatly appreciated.

You can do this any way you wish.
I might post a couple of your lesser cuffs here and see what offers you receive. You would want to have all offers emailed to you privately. I would also give a timeline of a week or 10 days to conclude your sale.
If all goes well, you should consider announcing another 2 or 3 cuffs.
A great many of the people here have advanced collections and probably have examples of the cuffs you are offering, so you may not garner that much attention here.
Ebay will provide much more global exposure than this great site can provide. There are many folks here that rarely post any messages and are at the entry level with their collections. Of the readership here, they will be the most likely to respond to your sales.
I would be happy to appraise your offerings to give you an idea of what you have and their values. I am sure many others will offer the same to you.
We are all here to help you, so you are doing the right thing to ask here first.

I just got my collection dug out. I'm going to take your advice, and put a couple up at a time, at first, and see how it goes. I'll get some pics taken tomorrow, and put them up. I'll be sending you an email, also.
