You found three nice cuffs.

The S.M.Co. legirons are pretty rare. I think I have seen one other pair for sale on eBay, but that was many years ago.

Your Hiatt with two swivels sounds unusual as well.

I have seen about 5 or 6 examples of S.F. Co. handcuffs. All but one were Irish 8 cuffs, the other is a Darby. Which type of cuff is yours?

And a question for everyone. What company does S.F.Co stand for. I don't know.

my S.F. co. are "standard" like hiatts darby cuffs
the treat in the key is very big

the hiatt I think it is modified but not sure

the S.M. co is very similair to the hiatts some small details are diferent

found these with a set of hitta legirons an pay only 300,00 (euro) $450,00
or so
so looks like a real bargan

Hi handboeienfreak,

Nice find !

I was not aware that Hiatt made false backstraps at all, combined with the twin swivels they are very interesting cuffs, and probably quite rare.

The S.M.co. leg irons and S.F.Co. cuffs are nice too.

I would agree, a bargain.

Can you clarify whether it is a false backstrap, or just finished differently to other backstraps. I have to agree with Justin that they would be unusual for Hiatt. A lot of the WW1 era Hiatts were chunky real backstraps.
