Was wondering if anyone knows the cost of the following 2 items

(A) A flash action manacle thumb cuff in great conditon with 2 keys

(B) Marlin Firearms co New Haven CT USA Bottleneck, no keys, 85% Chrome plating

....where is the best place to sell these items .....any info would be helpful...

You need to place photographs of your items so the condition is debated before anyone can give you an "estimate of value".

Then you should sell them on eBay and don't end your auction early because someone offers to buy them outright. If you want to you can have a reasonable reserve and a buy it know price on eBay.

Usually eBay may be your best route; not always!

These are all good quality cuffs. If you are going to put them on eBay the price will take care of itself. Collectors know the value and if you describe them well you will have no problem.

No doubt, someone will offer you peanuts for these good cuffs. I agree with putting them on ebay and you will find what they are worth on the day. A low start price gets people interested. A high start price turns people off and they forget about them. Check out Recent Auctions on this site and you might get some idea of what they are worth. But keep in mind that usually the best and highest prices make the list.

The best advice is to place multiple photograhs when listing the item on eBay as you did with your photobucket album.

If you list the item list it "as is" and do not offer your opinion as to the condition. Some buyers will receive the item and then want a refund because that buyer doesn't agree with "your opinion" as to codition. Let the photographs do the talking and don't lock yourself into a potential conflict with the buyer as to condition!

Just state the facts as you know them.
