Single Genuine Slave Shackle For Sale Circa~1740's

Hi, I am selling a single slave shackle that was made in Europe and used on a slave boat to transport men, women, and children of color from Africa to the Land of Opportunity around the 1740's. This shackle is no longer functional but it is a neat piece of history nonetheless. It has great patina and a very interesting design. The engravings all over the bows of the cuff are not just for looks, or so I've been told, but rather, they are there for identifying which slave boat they belonged to.

I don't claim to be an expert in the field of slave restraints, I am just repeating here what I have been told about them from someone who knows a hell of a lot more about really old cuffs than I do. I am asking $50.00 USD for this item plus shipping. Because this cuff is made of hand forged iron and is so heavy, I will ship it worldwide for actual cost (whatever I pay, you pay). Nice cuff. It is very similar to the lock end of a pair of puzzle lock leg irons I acquired. The box shaped lock tube with the rteinforcing staples is distinctive.
