I'm In Sri lanka. Asian Country near India. Here there aren't any shop or dealers to buy cuffs, as handcuffs are considered as police items. Is there any way to get pair of handcuffs and a leg Iron? Need an Agent or someone... who can deliver them to me. Or Advice me... love this forum very much
