Help me! I live in Russia and i want to collect handcuffs, but there are no good cuffs in russia. Can somebody send me peerless and smith&wessos handcuffs in russia (for money of course) Please answer on my e-mail. Thanks.

I cannot agree to your "there are no good cuffs in Russia". I show you two of my collection's favourites (heavy hinged handcuffs and the same handcuffs as combo with leg irons) and both are made in Russia. There are even more nice Russian cuffs like e.g. "Laska Folding Handcuffs" (shown at Handcuffs.org's gallery) and more. But you're wrong. The Soviets brought both of the restraints I showed into the GDR (former communistic East Germany) end left them there after the end of the Cold War. I myself bought them from an East German dealer. So it is not my fault that no Russian got them, but the fault of the Russian police or military who did not want to carry about 4.8 kilograms back home .
