Cumming Cuffs

Hello there,

My husband and I recently inherited a pair of Cumming Handcuffs dating to July 4 1899 it seems by the marks on the cuffs. I am wondering if anyone could tell me where I could look for an idea of value and history related to these handcuffs?

We are also looking for a place where an extra key might be obtained as the cuffs unfortunately did not come with one.
