I got a note from a "fan" asking me if I could assist her in identifying a pair of cuffs - I replied that they looked like Takeda inspired cuffs with the logo added after manufacturer.
Does anyone here have a better idea of what they might be and what the logo stands for?

I think they may of a current batch of Takeda style cuffs being made which take a solid bit key.
I have seen ones like it in Toronto novelty shops.
