S & W cuffs on ebay

ebay item=230578719865 a black pair of m100 cuffs but with raised rivets. never seen these before. any comments?

Smith & Wesson has introduced a new riveted design that will be used in future models. They started shipping them this month. The new riveted models are designated by -1 after the standard model numbers on the boxes. I was told that an employee at their factory in Houlton, Maine came up with a new process that allows them to use rivets instead of brazing while not increasing costs.
