I have done some reading on the forum, and determined I have a set of Cumming cuffs. I'm a retired police officer, and I picked the cuffs up along the way. I am curious to know what I can expect to sell them for on the bay? They work well, have an original key, and maintain quite a bit of their original finish. I appreciate any help you guys can give me!
