Gill Cuff

I have a set of Gill Cuffs, very good condition, and works fine with key. They were part of some items my grandfather had. He did a lot of sheriff work in Wyo and was the warden of the Wyo pen in Rawlins for several years. What would the value of these be? They are part of an estate auction my dad is having.
