Hey everyone, I've got a couple questions about repairs. I've got a pair of Japanese Takeda style cuffs that are the steel construction, not the first brass ones. Well, the swivels wouldn't rotate so I thought I'd loosen them up and I broke one off. They are in mint condition so I'd like to fix them especially since they are slightly thicker than what you normally find. By the way, these are NOT the ones I got from the board a week or so ago, these are from ebay.
Anyway, first, does anyone have any of these swivels? The very first taiwan models had very similiar swivels as well so those may work, or perhaps a broken pair of these cuff?
Next, I'd like to repair them without messing the surface up so I'm wondering what's the best to remove these rivits? I'm guessing a punch but I thought I'd enquire here.
Anybody know where to get any of these rivits so I can replace them? They are fairly soft metal that can be flattened by a hammer I'm guessing.
I was sick that I broke them.

i've a swivel it is not from a takeda but it wil work fine with these cuffs
