Police marked S&W handcuffs

I collect gear issued to the NY State Police. I'm looking for a set of their old handcuffs (circa 1960s- '70s) - they were roll marked or stamped N.Y.S.T. and had an S&W serial number as well. The cuffs were the link style, not hinged.
