ASP Hinge Hancuffs???

I looked on expresspolicesupply.com and saw they are selling ASP tactical HINGE handcuffs. The photo clearly shows the chain style though. Is there any truth to this. And if so, where can I see a picture of them. Any info would be great.

I did it the easy way. I called Express Police Supply and their reply was that they are not available and no one will have them, since ASP ran into manufacturing Problems. Watch the Discount Handcuffs web site, as he will probobally be one of the first ones to get them when they are available.
