The polite answer might be that they are not antique, or even vintage but fairly new in collector terms.

A good sign of a darby from an eastern country seems to be if the periphery of the key entry is perpendicular to the lock tube, as opposed to the angled periphery usually (always?) seen on western-made darbies.
