Well, there they are! I have been fighting the "zip file" Adam sent me for a little while now and didn't realize I didn't need to upload them after all. The photos on the eBay auction are the ones he sent me. Happy to "try" to help! LOL!

The photos are not all that clear, but my best guess is that they were made for the BDSM trade.

Are they screwed to that piece of 2x6?

yes, i used a piece of wood to screw them in. there were holes in it to put into a wall
