lips black hinged handcuffs are restricted

so a "normal" person is not able to get one

lips do not sell them to public only to police officers

and not in person only to the division logistics

so it is allmost not possible to get a black set of lips cuffs

this justifies but not price. Therefore, the processing is too bad. The black finish is removed too quickly.
Lips Germany Holland = Hagge, the same processing.

lucky me it is not my cuff
a friend of my ask me if there is any interest
i told him what he want for it, it's to much
but he state that he paid the same price on them
for the moment i know that the dutch police get new handcuffs
in near future and the cuffs are not from hagge/ lips
i know the other firm and have seen these let them call "lips" cuffs
they use the same key but looks better and the coating is better than
lips cuffs i can't tell you more at this moment but the black lips became very scarce
