Interesting Chain Nipper

I picked up this unique chain nipper. It is 11 1/2 inches long and the chain is pinned at both handles. There are no markings. Does anyone else have one or have information on it?

HI Damon--I have one just like the one you have posted. I also have another where the pin on the grooved handle has the pin rotated 90 degrees putting the rivet on the front of the handle.

Neither have any markings.
