I have a small handful of swing through cuffs that I'd like to part with, both old and new. What's the best method of conducting business, aside from Ebay? Is paypal typically the preferred method of payment transfer?

Typically yes, but I'd also register on this board because people like to know who they're doing business with. I collect the swing-thru cuffs mostley but as I've found out, most on this board collect the older stuff.
