Oregon boot

Most examples of the Oregon boot that i've seen were of the Leininger shackle but does anyone out there have a photo of the Mayhew or Quackenbush version?Are there any examples of these in any collection?

Thanks Lars, I haven't either but I assume that the others would have the makers name stamped on the iron in some way.
