Caveney Bottleneck Handcuffs For Sale!

I have a pair of Caveney Bottleneck handcuffs for sale. These were bought a while back from another collector here on the forum. The seller stated that they did not come with a key but were tested and did indeed work perfectly. However, I had John Bushey make a key for them and when you close them, they will only lock about two clicks then they stop and deadlock. If you leave the key in the lock and click them shut, they will lock all the way (clicking as they should) and then you can remove the key when you are at your desired position. It seems like the double lock function is kicking on after two clicks on both cuffs when you lock them with the key removed. I am not sure if they are suppose to work this way or not??? I have about about $335.00 into these cuffs and will sell them for $280.00 plus shipping.
