Just wanted to say that the transaction conducted with Shawn was like they should be, and would recommend anyone not to worry when doing business with him. We always hear about the bad ones, it is nice to see a positive deal go down and read about it. This is a good group of folks, and it never hurts to acknowledge them as such!
