Cagney Cuffed

While watching [Each Dawn I Die 1939] I came across this scene with James Cagney in Solitary,
Wearing a set of Mattatuck Cuffs, better yet, the cuffs are unlocked, as he talks you can see the
bow sliding in and out of the lock body

I had a pair like that!
