Hand Made Leather Padlocking Cuffs with Antique Padlocks For Sale!

I have a pair of leather padlocking handcuffs for sale. These were made by yours truly and come with 2 antique Miller padlocks; the locks are keyed alike and come with two original keys. I have used these in some of my escapes over the years and they are real comfortable to wear (unlike some restraints). The heavy duty swivel keeps them from binding if the wearer tries to twist them up.
