This takes place in America everday. It is called Zero Tolerance here and it's a failed drug policy now forced on schools by the federal government ( Fed Zilla ).
I was told by members of the school board in my town in Ma even if my daughter was sexually assaulted and fought back she would be expelled from school.
If I wanted to live under these commie style morons I would have moved to China. People should do anything they can to disrupt and not cooperate with Zero Tolerance. Norm

I was a substitute teacher about 10 years ago, and left the system because of the way the students were treated. This was right after Columbine, so the administration used that as an excuse to act as they wished and get anything they wanted. I saw students verbally abused, and two freshmen boys were caught kissing. Their punishment? The baptist Vice-Principal wrote them up for their second offense (it was their first) because they were of the same sex, which meant their parents had to be called in. Then the VP explained to them that they were "going to hell" for their behavior. That VP was later charged and convicted for setting his own house on fire to fraud the insurance company.

So yes, the future generations of students will only be treated less fairly, and will have more rights removed. No wonder they don't want to be there. I can't blame them, and I'm glad I won't witness any more bad behavior from school authorities.

My kids went to a pretty decent government school but even at that, I got sick of all the stuff that went on and this year I finally sent my kids to a private school. It's very expensive but for my 2 kids to go to a Christian academy and not have to put up with some of the things that they were exposed to is an investment.

It's like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.
