Close but not exactly. The cuff shown in the photo is a Griffin & Nichols as opposed to just a Nichols. I've only been able to find one that sold back in 2007. Mr. Lauher has that one in his collection I believe. If anyone could just ball park the value I'd have piece of mind.

It is really hard to value such unique items. They are very rare, but on a given day there are not necessarily a large number of collectors around willing to pay a lot for any Darby.

The price on something like this depends upon.

Design of the cuff.
Standard Darby
Extra links, special lock etc.
Condition of the cuff.
Working condition.
overall patina
plating (Never plated is better than partial plating)
The actual markings
A good manufacturers stamp
Possible auxiliary markings. Such as a particular constabulary or county
Key
Is it original? Is it number matched to the cuff?
Phase of the moon.
Time since my last major purchase

So depending upon all these things the price could range from $100 to $2000. Without a full set of high quality pictures,it would be hard to place in within the range.
