One of them might be willing to furnish you the specifics you require. For a fee, Orchid possibly will send the cuffs for you.

As an aside, I don't recommend disregarding the law and mailing them on your own. Although you well may get away with it, the penalties -- fine, imprisonment or both -- if you get caught are severe, not to mention tens of thousands of dollars in attorney's fees.

Ive filled out the snap-r form. And ive seen the consequenses sirchie fingerprint got in trouble for shipping crime stuff without permits they got a pretty hefty fine.
