Radio Car: This is car 54... I need a cigarette lighter and a handcuff key.

Central Dispatch: Car 54, please be advised that the cigarette lighters were removed from patrol cars due to a state smoking ban, but there is an emergency Zak Tool in the glove box.

Radio Car: Bummer man, I reclaimed my stash and I can't torch a bone. I need a handcuff key and they tell me about some Zak tool when the car's runnin' fine.
