Smith & Wesson M-210 - worth?

I have a Smith&Wesson M-210 (oversized hinge) handcuff in my collection. Fully functional, no broken hinges etc. As far I know, this model is quite rare and was manufactured for about one year only (1990 or so).

How much may it be worth for a serious collector?

I have seen a pair of S&W M 210 go for $250 on ebay some years ago, for a pair in excellent condition this sounds like a fair price to me.
