600 Dollar Peerless Handcuff ..I dont belive it

Most probably some family heirlooms being retrieved.

Handcuffs are generally become very expensive. Just wanted to Joseph at the top of the list. For me it is the stupid bidder of the mounth.

The winner paid for the photo, the cuffs, the pouch, and most of all........the HISTORY!!! Am I the only one who can see the value in what was sold here??? And before anyone makes any accusations......no, I was not the seller or the buyer for that matter. A pretty hefty price, but a nice piece of history anyway.

This was actually a two item sale. The other item was the badge (190628874276) that belonged to the same police officer. It sold at the same time for $1200. The same three bidders who bid so high on the cuff set also bid on the badge. The same person won both auctions. My guess that all the bidders were "law enforcement" collectors. A complete set of matched items is always a nice thing to have. So congratulations to the winner.

I completely missed checking sellers other auctions on this one.

I was the first bidder on the handcuffs and didn't make the connection when the price went so high.

Joe, I hope you include the Peerless cuffs and the badge auction in your ( recent auctions ) list.

So that others will know the connection also.
