Tower double lock

I found a pair of tower double lock handcuffs in the basement of the house I moved into while I was insulating. They were hidden. There are two keys tied on to them with a string. Any guess on he value? I am thinking of posting them on e-bay

Thank goodness the string is with the cuffs, they are now double the face value.
