Patent Model Oregon Boot

A friend /collector is wondering if there is any interest from the handcuff world in patent model Oregon boots. This is the Mayhew version and the weight is made of wood. To coin a phrase, it is a "one of a kind". As far as value I don't know but I would guess considerably more than the production model which has been in the $2000 range.
