Dollar sign handcuff for sale

Hi everyone,

I have a dollar sign handcuff that I would like to offer for sale. The cuff is of the barrel key style. The overall condition is nice, the ratchet spring is strong, there is, however, a malfunction in the lock (the lock can be locked and unlocked without use of the key). One rivet is missing.
